Free shipping on orders $35+
Standard shipping is free on orders of $35 or more (after discounts) to every country we ship to. For orders under $35, standard shipping is $5.99 to the US, Canada, the UK and Australia, and $8.99 to Europe and other countries. Priority insured shipping is available at checkout for an extra fee.
Where we ship
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and selected countries in Europe and Asia. Available destinations are shown at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery time
Delivery within the United States usually takes 5–15 business days after your order has shipped. International deliveries can take longer. During peak season (November and December), processing and delivery can take longer.
Customs and import taxes
For orders outside the United States, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these are paid by the customer.
Holiday orders
For delivery within the US before December 24, we recommend ordering by November 27.
Order updates
You'll receive an email confirmation when you place your order and another one with your tracking number once it ships.
Shipping protection
At checkout you can add optional shipping protection, which covers parcels that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
